Today is the end of the second week and I completed my 6th or 7th workout. Yestrday I suprised myself and did my 5th workout by going to the gym and 35min walking and running on the elliptical, doing 10 min on the stepper and 15 min on the the eliptical. and then going to the worx and doing yoga. I must admit since I started the worx I noticed that I try to challenge myself more and have more energy to do more than what I was doing for. Today I did two yoga dvd one from the firm and the other that focused on stregnthing your core. I am really glad I did.
Cofession: I do get a little frustrated that I can't go as hard as I want to in the worx out classes! I want to get the fullest benefit out the bootcamp that I can and I feel like my feet our holding me back. As soon as I get paid next week I am running to the shoe store and buying the proper shoes and arch supporters that I can buy. My main goal is to keep challenging myself. I don't want to do mediocore because you only get mediocore results.
With my feet hurting like crazy I admit I wanted to walk out of class on thursday so bad and just give up. However something inside of me won't let me quit. I know part ofi it is pride but most of it is me knowing my goals and tired of complaining about wanting to lose weight and not doing something. I noticed since I have started working out back in March I notice more difference in my clothes but I want more and that different to do more is being in this class. Not only do I come to class because of my goal is because I like the classes, people, trainers and coaches. This all motivates me to keep going.
Body: Yesterday my back was hurting!!!!!!!!! Omg it felt like someone punch me in my back. But after the yoga class yesterday at the work and doing yoga today at home it feels a whole lot better. So another goal is to do either stretches or yoga after class. If you know me you know I don't like pain and since I know how to prevent this pain I will start doing what will not cause me back pain.
Tomorrows Weigh in: I am a little nervous about it. I don't see huge changes which of course its only been two weeks but I am hoping there is some changes. We all work hard, I wish you all the best tomorrow!
Have a good week three everyone!

Love that yoga pic of the kid! You are definitely a different person since you walked in that door two weeks ago and it shows. Its good to see you are listening to your body and doing yoga when necessary. You've come a long way and you should pat yourself on the back after these two weeks!!
ReplyDeleteContinue to do the things that help you achieve! YOGA sounds like a good way to stretch!
